Fashion

The use of a geometric design to create an impression of a garment is really effective in this illustration. It also contrasts well with the softness of the face and skin. Its clever to also inject the colour palette into the illustration this way, however this particular palete is rather bland.: I love fashion and art so this picture stood right out to me. It is very unique with the realistically drawn body and the flat geometric shapes and clothing. I only wish to maybe have seen it in different colors.

Pink Lady

30 Amazing Digital Illustrations by Patrick Seymour | Inspiration | Graphic Design Junction: The colors in this image are what first caught my eye. The more I kept looking at it, the more details I noticed. The glasses are not one solid object, they are made up of a lot of thin strokes.

The Jetsons

These are illustrations of The Jetsons by Bob Singer. He also do photos for Scooby Doo and the Flintstones which I have all been a big fan of since I was little. I enjoy that Singer always uses bright colors in his images. These are two perfect examples. He uses a heavy line on the characters and then draws a softer background to make the characters stand out.

Fed Ex

I found this ad campaign for Fed Ex in Communication Arts magazine. I thought this was super creative. It is so simple, but it says so much. It shows you can ship something from New York all the way to Rio just by using a simple image.

Pop-Tone

This is an advertisement series for French Paper Company's line of color paper, Pop-Tone. I found it in Communication Arts magazine. I was drawn to it because of the bright colors and fun characters. They are each nice standalone designs.
